Introduction

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions and prize draws promoted by Golding Barn Productions Limited and or their sister companies (‘the promoter’) in any media including without limitation online and/or mobile and shows we may attend. Please see end of these terms and conditions for details of the Promoter.
These general terms and conditions apply in addition to any specific terms and conditions which may be mentioned in any promotional material about that competition, prize draw, vote or poll on any platform (‘promotional information’). Together these general terms and conditions and the promotional information shall be referred to as the “promotional terms and conditions”. If there is any inconsistency between these general terms and conditions and any promotional information; the promotional information will prevail.
The promotional terms and conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on www.goldingbarngarage.com/tandc It is your responsibility to ensure you review the current promotional terms and conditions before entering any competition and/or prize draw.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Prize draw or Competition, the decision of Golding Barn Productions Limited shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
By entering a Competition the entrant (‘Entrant’, ‘you’, ‘your(s)’) will be deemed to have legal capacity to do so, you will have read and understood these terms and conditions and you will be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.
Competitions are governed by English Law and any matters relating to the Competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
In the event that you participate in a Competition online via the Website, and by accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our Competitions. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any Entrant entering any of our Competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the Website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.
General Competition and Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1.Eligibility
1.1 Entrants must meet the eligibility requirements as specified in the promotional terms and conditions
1.2 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and/or the age of majority in their country of residence.
1.3 Employees of the promoter, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition are ineligible to enter.
1.4 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to ask for evidence to verify the age, identity and/or eligibility of an entrant at any time and to use any channels and methods available to carry out checks of any details provided. The Promoter may withhold delivery of a prize until it has received such evidence from the winner and failure to provide such evidence in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the prize.
1.5 The promoter reserves the right to close a customers account at any time, if they feel the customer is abusing the services or they have the belief that it is not genuinely the customer that is entering.
1.6 The promoter reserves the right to refuse a customer’s entry at their own discretion.

2 Prize Draw and Competition Entries
2.1 The opening date and closing date and time for the entries are indicated in the promotional information. Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date and time specified on the Competition Notice. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
2.2 For general competition entries, entrants must answer the question(s) or complete the task(s) specified and submit the information as indicated. Multiple competitions may be operated at the same time and each Competition will have a specific prize and specific terms to enter. Please refer to promotional information of that competition.
2.3 Availability and pricing of Competitions is at the discretion of the Promoter and will be specified at the point of sale on the Website.
2.4 Entrants will be required to provide their full name, full contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number) or other method of contact (if applicable), email address and/or any other information as specified at the time of entering the promotion.
2.5 Each entrant will be charged the cost of entry as indicated in the promotional information. If you fail to pay for an entry we may exclude that entry. Please note that when entering online you will not be deemed entered into the Competition until we confirm your Ticket(s) order back to you by email.
2.6 Proof of posting or emailing cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Golding Barn Productions Limited or any sister company cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside Golding Barn Productions Limited or sister companies’ control.
2.7 The Entrant can enter the competitions up to the amount of 25 entries.
2.8 Entry to the promotion must be by the applicable method(s) as indicated on the promotional information which will include (but not necessarily all) of the following:
2.8.1. Web entry: By using the website, entrants also agree to our Terms of service which can be found at www.goldingbarngarage.com/tandc. When playing a Competition online via www.goldingbarngarage.com, follow the on-screen instructions: select the Competition you wish to enter and when you are ready to purchase your Ticket(s), answer the question add the amount of tickets you wish to purchase and provide your contact and payment details.
You will need to check your details carefully and tick the declaration, confirming you have read and understood the Competition terms and conditions; once you have purchased your Tickets, and we will then contact you by email to confirm your entry into the Competition. A unique number will follow that email within 24-48 hours.
2.8.2. Free Postal entry: Postal entrants apply to our prize draws and not our product promotions. You may enter the competition by mailing On a postcard your: Name, Address, DOB, Contact phone number (including area code if providing a landline number), the correct answer for the competition and the desired competition. You must also create an account online.

Postal entries are limited to one competition entrant per envelope/postcard.
Entries received on anything other than a postcard or envelope will not be accepted. In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the promotion. Entries sent by post must be received at the relevant postal address specified for entries by the closing date and time for receipt of entries. Postal entries without correct and sufficient postage paid will be invalid and will not be considered. Personal and hand deliveries will not be accepted.
Promoter will process all free entries on a Monday of each week and will be the sole responsibility for a staff member on this day.
The free entries will be treated in the exact same manner as the paid entries, in addition the free entries will be entered into the ‘Live Draws’ in the same manner.
2.9 Entries must not be sent in through agents, third parties or on behalf of another person unless otherwise specified in the interaction information. Such entries are void. Bulk entries are void and cannot be accepted.
2.10 Any entries which are above the maximum number of entries for each method of entry as specified in the interaction information or which are incomplete, without all the required information, inaudible, incomprehensible, incorrectly submitted, lost, damaged in any way, made or received after the deadline for receiving entries has passed or which are not received by the Promoter or are not otherwise in accordance with the interaction terms and conditions are invalid and will be discounted.
2.11 In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the competition or prize draw service, networks or systems, the decision of the Promoter shall be final.

3. The Prize
3.1 The exact details of the prize are determined on the promotional information. Unless otherwise stated in the promotional information, each entrant is limited to winning one prize per competition or prize draw.
3.2 Delivery to the winner is free to mainland Britain, Scotland and Wales. The promoter has a right to charge the winner delivery fees if they want the prize delivering anywhere other than the specified areas. Collection is free.
3.3 The prize excludes all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize (as stated in the promotional information). Additional charges and expenses not expressly included in the prize are payable solely by the winner. The Promoter will not be held liable where such charges and/or expenses are incurred, and no refund or reimbursement will be made. The Promoter will accept no responsibility where the winner is unable to pay in full any such charges and/or expenses.
3.4 All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider, manufacturer or supplier.
Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and unless otherwise stated no cash alternative is offered.
3.5 The is required to comply with all instructions and requirements as may be specified by Golding Barn Productions Limited or any sister company or authorised third party to receive and/or take up the prize, including but not limited to providing responses within specified time frames, adhering to the itinerary, completing any required forms and delivering any required documentation. The Promoter will not be liable to the winner where they fail to comply with such instructions and such failure may result in forfeiture of the prize.
3.6 For delivery of the prize, you may be required to be available at a specific time and place.
3.7 No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If the winner decides to take up and then sell on the prize (where such onward sale is permitted) Golding Barn Productions Limited or any sister company will not be required to provide any guidance on such sale, and the winner acknowledges that the onward sale price may be lower than the retail or advertised price. However, the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize or any part of the prize to an alternative of equal or greater value for any reason in its sole discretion including without limitation due to circumstances beyond its control or if any part of the prize becomes unavailable. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the prize or any part of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and, whether or not such confirmation is received, the Promoter will be able to retain or dispose of the prize (or part of the prize) at its own discretion.
3.8

4.winner selection
4.1 Where the winner is to be selected at random, he or she will be selected either by a computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person.
4.2 All entries will be given a unique number by email within 48 hours of payment being received and the winner will be drawn by a random number generator streamed live online at the date in the promotional material.
4.3 Unless otherwise stated on promotional material there will only be 1 winner.

5. Winner Contact
5.1 The Promoter will attempt to contact the Winner(s) using the telephone numbers and email address provided at the time of Entry (or as subsequently updated) and held securely in our database. It is the Entrant’s sole responsibility to check and update these details. If for any reason they are taken down incorrectly, the Promoter will not be held responsible. Entrants must carefully check their contact details have been recorded correctly.
5.2 If for any reason the Promoter is unable to contact a Winner within 14 days of the end of a Competition or the Winner fails to confirm acceptance of the prize or the Winner is disqualified as a result of contravening any of these terms and conditions, the Winner will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn.
5.3 All Entrants are automatically entered onto our database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of the Competition, information of value as well as any future Promotions or Competitions offered by the Promoter, you have the right to set your marketing preferences. 6. Winner’s Details
6.1 The Winner(s) will be required to provide proof of identification on collection/delivery of the prize. The prize may not be claimed by a third party. Any failure to meet this obligation may result in the Winner being disqualified and the Promoter retaining the prize.
6.2 All Winners will be required to provide photographs and/or pose for photographs and videos, which may be used in future marketing and promotional purposes by the Promoter in connection with the Competition and in identifying them as a winner of a Competition.

7.Winners’ Personal Data
7.1 Acceptance of the prize by the Winner will mean they are required to have their photo and video taken by the Promoter for promotional purposes (Public Relations and Marketing), both immediately after their win and in the future for use in accordance with rule 6.2, unless prohibited by law.
7.2 If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence. The winner further agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the promoter.

8. Manipulation of Services
8.1 The Promoter is committed to preventing abuse of its systems, as well as those of its agents and sub-contractors. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and/or discount any entries they have reasonable grounds to suspect, at their sole discretion, having regard to all the circumstances and information available at the relevant time.

9. Limits of Liability
9.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9.2 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, or is intended to exclude any liability which the promoter may not lawfully exclude
9. The Promoter can’t promise that the services relating to a competition or prize draw will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of any problem with any network or line, system, server, software, or for any technical malfunction or failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of Golding Barn Productions Limited or any sister company.

10.Privacy
10.1 Information and data (“personal data”) which is provided by you when you enter a competition or prize draw will be held by the Promoter Golding Barn Productions Limited and their Parent company GBG Capital Ltd may be used by the Promoter and their service providers for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the competition or prize draw. You agree that this includes without limitation that we may contact you if there is an issue with the service. Further details of how any personal data will be used are set out below and in the Privacy Notice at www.goldingbarngarage.com/tandc and you agree to this use of your personal data when you participate in our competition or Prize Draws.

11. Electronic Communications
11.1 No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act, including any errors or mistakes.
11.2 The Promoter shall use its best endeavours to award the prize for a Competition to the correct Entrant. If due to reasons of hardware, software or other computer related failure, or due to human error the prize is awarded incorrectly, the Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Competition prize and award it to the correct Entrant, at its sole discretion and without admission of liability. In the event that the Promoter closes a Competition early, the Winner will be selected from all valid and eligible Entries received by the Promoter prior to the date of closure, except that the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close a Competition early without selecting a Winner.
11.3 The Promoter also reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the closing date of any Competition. The Promoter shall not be liable for any economic or other consequential loss suffered or sustained to any persons to whom an award has been incorrectly made, and no compensation shall be due. The Promoter shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the software and website(s) used to operate its Competitions perform correctly and accurately across the latest versions of popular internet, tablet and mobile browsers. For the avoidance of doubt, only the ticket recorded in our systems, howsoever displayed or calculated, shall be entered into the relevant Competition and the Promoter shall not be held liable for any competition entries that occur as a result of malfunctioning software or other event.

Terms Of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with GBG Capital Limited or any of their subsidiaries from herein known as ‘GBG’, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. GBG retains the right to refuse any request made by you, and GBG reserves the right to close your account at its sole discretion. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Golding Barn Garage Productions limited or may in some cases be a third party or any of our subsidiaries.
Where a contract is made with a third party GBG Capital Limited is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. Please be aware that some of the goods sold through our Websites may not be suitable for children under 18 years of age, so please take extra care when purchasing goods as gifts, for under 18’s.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition unless we are offering free shipping; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return your online order within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
